The netbook has a gift for my 10 years of age. I wanted something very portable, but to exploit the size of the screen quite like the main computer. For them is perfect. Battery life is great. The netbook is more flat than my Acer 10.1 inches. I was very surprised by the keyboard. I can not say that I'm writing on a netbook. The keys are as big as any of the other 3 laptops that I use regularly. You get a lot for the price. The processor seems quite fast for most applications. Do not edit video with, but, however simple image editing and viewing of videos on YouTube, it's great. We had only 3 weeks, I can not, as you can hold up to speak, but now I will tell you that Acer has hit a homerun with this one.

This netbook is equipped with 32-bit Vista and 2 GB of RAM. It is certainly quite impressive. The installation of the operating system adds a surprising amount of bloatware that a time to take charge. The extra nag a lot and require constant updating - the laptop is always slow for the first 10-15 minutes after the start because of automatic updates and various downloads. Once I pulled out and pushed the memory to 4 GB which was better, but still was not quicker than my old P4 with XP Pro 2.8. If my laptop on the road and do minimal editing, I was going to use Vista and Windows Movie Maker. Although this machine is not really designed for multimedia, I was surprised that the load of an AVI or WMV files virtually frozen it.

The first branch of the Mac I not only liked his easy to use. Love everything about computers now. Looking forward to upgrading the operating system for the snow leopard.

Consider the MacBook Pro instead.

For those who do not want the big 17 "or 15.4" have only the opaque screen, this is a good alternative? Why? You can apply anti-reflective film directly on the image plane. This is not the same as the application of anti-reflective film on the polished unibody MacBook Pro, because in reality the image of the project to 3mm before the film dull, which degrades the image by reducing clarity.
